Two villas at Verona Resort, Dubai with real character – curved stone towers and twin-villa symmetry – held back by a tired, dated finish. Our brief: keep the soul, lift everything else.
Proposal A – four-storey uplift: a new upper floor and roof terrace under timber pergolas, a central glazed link with vertical garden, and warm LED lines tracing every slab edge so the building glows after dark.
Proposal B – stepped terraces: set-back upper floors with private terraces, frameless glass balustrades, timber louvres and refreshed gates and garage doors.
