Grand Designs International is extending its expertise into the aviation sector. Building on our experience in architecture, engineering, construction and advanced digital surveying, we are preparing to support airports and aviation facilities with the same precision, accountability and quality our clients already rely on.

Why aviation

Airports are among the most demanding environments in the built world. They operate around the clock, carry strict safety and regulatory standards, and leave very little room for disruption. These are exactly the conditions where careful planning, accurate data and disciplined delivery make the greatest difference.

Bringing our technology to larger sites

Our drone surveying, LiDAR scanning and AI-assisted analysis, delivered with our technology partner Nexora, allow large and complex sites to be captured quickly, safely and in detail. The same approach that helps us plan homes and developments can help aviation operators plan, maintain and improve their facilities with confidence.
